Rossetti's Cracker & Veggie Dip

Ingredients:
One tub or block of cream cheese
3-4 tablespoons of Rossetti's (more if you like it hotter)
Directions:
Place cream cheese in a bowl and let soften slightly
Add in 3 to 4 or more tablespoons of Rossetti's depending on the desired heat level you want. Mix by hand or with an electric mixer on low speed. Place in a ceramic bowl/serving dish

Vegetable Diavolo
Ingredients:
One bunch of celery
One or two ripe avocados
Directions:
Wash celery and cut into 3-4 inch pieces (do not split them down the middle)
Peel avocados, slice in half and remove the pit (squeeze some fresh lemon juice all over avocados to keep from turning brown)
Fill celery centers with softened cream cheese
Fill avocado centers with softened cream cheese
Slice avocados lengthwise into 3/4 inch slices so that each piece has cream cheese in the middle
Arrange on a serving platter with the celery and spoon/drizzle Rossetti's on each piece of celery and each slice of avocado.
Your guests will think you're a culinary genius!
Hot Head Tip: After filling and drizzling on Rossetti's, roll some of the celery pieces up in a thin slice of good proscuitto.

Spicy Egg Salad
Ingredients:
8 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup Mayo or Miracle whip
1/4 cup of Vidalia onion salad dressing
2-3 teaspoons of Rossetti's
Directions:
Break up hard boiled eggs in a bowl with a fork
Salt and pepper to taste
Add in the Mayo and Vidalia salad dressing, mix thoroughly
Stir in the Rossetti's last, and
serve as an appetizer spread or in sandwiches and enjoy!
Hot Head Tip:  Rossetti's works equally as well with your favorite chicken and tuna salad recipes!
Hot Head Tip: Try garnishing the tops of your favorite recipe for deviled eggs with Rossetti's... Oh man... talk about bringing out the devil in those eggs!


Bread Dipping Sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves of fresh garlic
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
3-4 tablespoons of Rossetti's
Directions:
Finely chop up the garlic and add to the olive oil in a mixing bowl
Salt and pepper lightly
Add in the Parmesan cheese
Add in Rossetti's and lightly mix by hand until mixed well
Pour into smaller individual shallow dishes and serve with warm hard crusty Italian bread with your salad or as an appetizer...you'll be the hit of the party!


Breakfast Bagel of Champions
Ingredients:
1 Onion Bagel
3-4 oz's of regular or vegetable cream cheese
2 teaspoons of Rossetti's
Directions:
Toast bagel and liberally spread on your favorite cream cheese
Drizzle 1 teaspoon of Rossetti's on each half, then sit down with
a nice cup of coffee for an unbelievable breakfast treat!
  Hot Head Tip: Rossetti's drizzled on any egg sandwich is totally awesome too! Or toast up some bread with melted provolone or Swiss cheese and spread on the Rossetti's...yea baby!

Mushrooms Elaine
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh button mushrooms
2-3 tablespoons of Rossetti's
1 can of tomato paste
1 small yellow onion
1/4 cup of olive oil
Directions:
Chop garlic and onion, and sauté in olive oil 3-4 minutes over medium heat
Salt and pepper lightly
Add in fresh mushrooms (after cleaning and cutting off the
 lower portion of the stem)
Sauté another 3-4 minutes and add in the can of tomato paste
Add in the Rossetti's Lower heat to med-low and let cook slowly for another 8-10 minutes (keep stirring to prevent burning)
Serve as an appetizer or as a spicy side dish

Hot Wings Al
a-Rossetti
Ingredients:
2-3 lbs of fresh chicken wings
2-3 tablespoons of Rossetti's
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt
3 cups of canola or vegetable oil
1/2 stick of butter
1/2 cup of Franks Red Hot Sauce or Tabasco Brand Sauce
1 tablespoon of white vinegar
Directions:
Cut off tips of wings and discard. Cut the wing in half at the joint to make two pieces
Salt and Pepper Lightly
Heat oil in a deep pan. It should sizzle when the chicken is placed in.
(about 400 degrees)
Cook Until golden brown and crispy, drain on paper towels
Melt butter over medium heat in a saucepan
Add in the hot sauce and vinegar- stir well and remove from heat
Place cooked wings in a large bowl and pour on the heated hot sauce mixture, toss until  thoroughly coated
Place on serving platter
Drizzle Rossetti's over the wings to finish it off, serve and ENJOY!
Hot Head Tip: You may also bake the wings instead of frying. Sorry Paula Deen. Place lightly oiled & seasoned wings on cookie sheet and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy... be sure to turn them during the cooking process.

Insalata Caprese (Mozzarella, Tomatoes, and Basil Salad)
Ingredients:
2 medium size, vine ripe tomatoes or 4-5 Italian plum tomatoes
2-3 tablespoons of Rossetti's
2 fresh mozzarella cheese balls (tennis ball size)
1 bunch of fresh basil leaves
2 cloves of fresh garlic
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Directions:
Slice fresh tomatoes into 1/2" round slices
Slice mozzarella the same way.
Roll bunches of basil leaves up like a little cigar and slice thinly end to end (this will make basil ribbons)
Arrange slices of tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil in a shallow serving platter repeating this order
Slices should be placed on a slight angle and overlap each previous piece by 3/4"'s
Lightly salt and pepper the tomato slices prior to laying the next slice of mozzarella down
After tomatoes, mozzarella and basil have been plated, mince up the garlic cloves and sprinkle on top
Drizzle on extra virgin olive oil
Sprinkle lightly with balsamic vinegar
Drizzle on the Rossetti's as the finishing crowning touch!
